RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Orion Media Ltd (“Orion”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.freeradio.co.uk/rules apply to ‘Choose The Music’ Radio Competition (“the Competition”) which will run from Thursday 23rd August 2012 until further notice (“the Duration”). The Participating “Radio Station” is 96.4 FM Free Radio 96.7-97.6FM Free Radio, 97.2FM & 103.1FM Free Radio, and 97-102.9FM Free Radio.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1. Details of the Competition.
1.1 To enter the Competition, Entrants must go online to the Radio Station website via www.freeradio.co.uk/choosethemusic and complete the music survey in full.
1.2 Entry will open at 06.00 on Thursday 23rd August 2012 and close as updated here and announced on air.
1.3 All eligible Entrants who have completed the music survey during the entry open period will go into the random monthly draw to determine each winner.
1.4 The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 24 hours of winning.
1.5 The Radio Station reserves the right to randomly select a new eligible Entrant if any selected Entrant cannot be contacted within 28 days. All decisions are final.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be UK residents and live in the Radio Station’s registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA). A list of eligible post codes can be requested from the Radio Station.
2.2 One entry per person. Winners may only win once in this Competition.

3. Prize
3.1 The Prize is a £50 iTunes voucher.
3.2 The Prize is non-transferable.
3.3 The winner should allow 28 days from the end of the Competition and/or successful contact with the winner, for delivery of the Prize.
3.4 Orion reserves the right to substitute the Prize.
