Around five hundred people have been at a funeral in Warwickshire for a father and son who died in the River Avon.
St Peter’s Church in Barford held the service for Julian and Freddy Mynott on the 1st of June.
Julian, who was 42, and his three year old son Freddy both died when a boat they were in overturned near a weir on the River Avon the month before in May.
It happened on a part of the river that flows through Barford near Warwick.
Mr Mynott’s two other children – a seven-year-old boy and a girl aged six – were saved from the river by villagers and recieved treatment in hospital.
