A man’s been taken to hospital with serious injuries after falling from the top floor of a car park in Birmingham.
Officers were called to the building, on Moat Lane, shortly after 11.30am on Monday 11th June, when a member of the public had spotted the man near to the edge of the upper floor of the car park.
Moat Lane Car Park was closed off, as well as the road itself and the junction with Bradford Street.
Officers were negotiating with the man for more than three hours before he fell at 3.35pm.
Police confirmed the man had fallen from the rooftop of the car park and West Midlands Ambulance said they were taking him to the QE with serious injuries.
